2019 Packet Welcome

All HS band students are required to wear a band jacket for parades and pep rallies.  Band jackets for chorus students are optional.  Orders for this fall, 2019 will be placed first month of school.  Please complete the attached form and return it to Mr. Kozik.  Please contact MMA with any questions at maynard.music.assoc@gmail.com.
