2/12/23: The health form is now available to complete. Your student’s information is confidential and only accessible to our trip nurse, Cris Antonio. He can be reached at 978-897-4423(H) or 508-314-4582(C) or via email: mhsdisneytriprn@gmail.com. The health form must be completed by March 17th.

1/26/23: Take note: There is a mandatory meeting on March 23rd in the High School Auditorium. Bill Lacey from WCV will be there to go over the trip details.

Our flight to Orlando departs on Thursday, April 13 at 5:05 AM from Providence, RI. Prepare for an early departure!

11/17/2022: The Disney Trip Committee met with Bill Lacey from WCV to go over the trip in more detail. Stay tuned for an information meeting in early 2023!

9/12/2022: Thanks to everyone for coming out to the meeting on September 8th! Here is the link to the presentation.

8/18 2022: The Disney trip committee chair had a follow-up meeting with the school committee to discuss further details and answer any outstanding questions. As a result, we are pleased to announce that we now have full approval to go ahead!

4/28: an information meeting was held for students, parents and guardians. Click here to see the presentation

3/24: The committee met to compare proposals from travel agencies and voted unanimously to continue working with WCV, which has helped coordinate our most recent trips.

3/15: The School Committee has voted to conditionally approve the 2023 music trip to Disney pending continued circumstances allowing for safe travel! 

 

Every four years, the Maynard High School Music Department travels to Disney World to perform and build relationships within the program.
